You are billed once a month. Cancel whenever you want from your Tebex account. Access to the assets ends when the subscription ends: this is a rental, not a purchase. If you want to keep the creatures permanently, buy the Full Bundle instead.
Speeds, acceleration, turn rate, banking, climb rate, cooldowns, camera distance and field of view, passenger seats and sounds all sit in two readable config files that stay open after purchase. Damage, distances and cooldowns are decided by the server, never by the client.
